Delivery and Returns

Delivery charges are as follows:

  • Flat rate on all orders £8.99

You can only choose one option when you checkout as you cannot split an order between delivery and collection.

Collection options have no delivery cost:

An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection or out for delivery.

  • Everything we sell is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, with your receipt and we’ll give you a refund or exchange them.
  • If you don’t have your receipt, as long as you have a proof of purchase, we’ll exchange the item or give you a refund by credit note.
  • We’re sorry but we are unable to refund or exchange any item that has been worn unless faulty.

We’re sorry we cannot refund or exchange any item that has been personalized or has had a name put on it unless it is faulty.

If there’s a fault with the product…

  • If you bring it back to us within 30 days with your proof of purchase, we’ll give you a same size replacement.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

Postage is not refundable, however we will not charge a second postage for exchanged items. If possible we will collect returned items from you if you live within our normal delivery area, otherwise you can either post it or return it in person.
